About Me

Linda is a certified Life Coach with the Biblical Coaching Alliance, a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and International Christian Coaching Association.  She is also a certified personal trainer, Pilates Mat/Barre/Reformer, TRX, and group fitness instructor.  Linda has over three decades of experience in the world of health, wellness, fitness, and faith. Her passion is to partner with women to help them discover their dreams, put feet to their faith, and live their healthiest lives filled with joy and passion!  She uses a variety of modalities as a wellness advocate, including stretching and movement, foam rolling, aromatherapy with essential oils,  visualization and always joy and laughter!  Her signature class is “Mindful Movement” which she designed to incorporate many of the above-mentioned mind-body modalities.

Having personally struggled over the years with weight issues and an eating disorder, Linda understands what it’s like to deal with body image, weight problems and the emotions and frustrations that surround them.  Her education and experiences have taken her from corporate life to the gym floor, from employee to entrepreneurial endeavors, from marriage and motherhood to divorce and remarriage, and Bible study leader to women’s ministry director.  It’s been a wild and wonderful ride that has equipped her to relate to many issues of women’s lives.  In addition, she is a writer, blogger and speaker.

She is married with one adult daughter, two adult stepchildren and daughter-in-law, and lives in New Jersey.  She loves being outdoors (especially in autumn and spring), spending time with family and friends, being a lifelong student, and being wild and outrageous whenever possible! She believes every woman can be “fantastic at 40, fabulous at 50, sensational at 60, sexy at 70, awesome at 80, nifty at 90, and WOW at 100 and beyond!”
