It’s finally here!!!

Ahhh… I am celebrating my first Fall Sunday morning with my super nutritious and yummy smoothie!!! Β it may hit the unseasonable 90s today, but my taste buds and tummy will be in complete denial enjoying my Autumn smoothie! Β I was so excited to share this with you I just showed you the container with the ingredients before I even blended everything — trust me there are NOT flowers and leaves coming out of the blender jar! Β LOL!!!!

Ingredients

🍁  1 scoop DoTERRA SLIM & SASSY vanilla protein powder

🍁  1 cup crushed ice

🍁 Β 1/2 cup Libby’s organic pumpkin

🍁  1/2 cup almond milk

🍁  1 teaspoon vanilla powder

🍁  1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

🍁  1/4 teaspoon ginger

🍁  1 drop doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil

🍁  1 tablespoon Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil (not pictured, oops!)

(Note: Β I’ve since switched my dry powder spices to Simply Organic brand, but am using up what I have in the spice rack first!) Β I absolutely love using doTERRA essential oils instead, but it’s always good to have a combination of both!

i combined all in my handy-dandy can’t-do-without Vitamix, blended, and did the happy dance around my kitchen table as I sipped my smoothie and dreamed of chilly breezes and falling leaves! πŸπŸ‚πŸƒπŸ˜Š

Β You could also use 1 drop of doTERRA’s cinnamon and ginger essential oils, and a splash of vanilla extract instead of the ingredients above, and any milk of your choice, or even spring water.
