For many of us, Autumn is our favorite season, ushering in the beauty of rich color changes to the landscape.
We relish the cool breezes, seasonal taste delights like pumpkin spice everything, savory stews and freshly baked bread. And then there’s the comfort of soft sweaters and warm extra blankets for sleeping with the windows open.

This week we are going to be addressing these autumnal health concerns, and looking for preventative measures, natural remedies and alternative options in the management of your health. So grab a nice, hot cup of spice tea, and stay tuned!
