There is nothing quite like kicking back on a lazy summer day with a good book!

Okay, maybe one thing better… hunkering down with 10 books!

As long as I can remember I have been a readaholic. For me, there is always a rush when I go to the bookstore, pour over the rows and rows of book, select that day’s treasure from my hunt, open it, smelling the new pages and feeling the paper in my hands.  Yes, I’m still hooked on hard books, but I also love my e-reader and have tons of books there as well.  And if you look at my bedside nightstand you will always find at least 2-3 (or 5) books I’m in the middle of reading.

So… for the next ten days I’m going to share with you some of my favorite books, as well as the ones I personally have selected to add to my own summer reading list.

First out of the gate, a book I recently finished and highly recommend is “The 12-Week Year” by Brian P. Moran and Michael Lennington.  While it is often in the business topic section, I found it to be incredibly helpful across the board as I considered how I help my clients with life coaching and time management.  This book just blows the lid off standard issue time management techniques and redefines it completely!  My biggest takeaway was the concept of “annualized thinking”, how it can undermind your goals, and how to leverage the power of a 12-week year to create focus and clarity in any area of your life.

I’m recommending it first and foremost because if you begin implementing the concepts and practices of this book, it can completely alter your summer plans, let alone your life.  Read this now for a July 1st implementation strategy!  CLICK HERE NOW TO GET STARTED or at LEAST to add it to your wish list!!!

After all, wouldn’t you love to get a years’s worth of fun into this summer????
