Personal Training

Linda offers private, semi-private and small group physical training using a variety of methods which include Pilates, weights, TRX, and kettlebells.  While some work can be done via Skype/online, the primary sessions are done in person.  Sessions are one hour.

 

Life Coaching

Linda offers private, semi-private and small group coaching sessions.  These sessions are done by phone, Skype, FaceTime, and occasionally in person.  It also includes email support.  Sessions are one hour.

 

Health & Wellness Coaching

Linda will partner with you to set up health and wellness goals, explore your nutritional needs, recommend meal plans/menus so you can make the best choices to fuel and maintain your body.  She can help you create a personalized training program to fit your schedule and life.  Sessions are done via phone, Skype, FaceTime, email, and occasionally in person, with email support.  Sessions are one hour.
