shakeThis morning I had so much fun teaching a rocking Pilates class!  I sure am glad I made myself a killer wicked good shake for breakfast!  This nutrient-dense super-healthy shake gave me the energy to do my best as a trainer, then take me all the way into lunchtime!  I have to laugh – I felt like I was cheating and drinking a peanut butter and chocolate ice cream malted.  Healthy never tasted so good!  So I’m sharing the love with the recipe here, enjoy!!!

Linda’s Shake-It-Up Breakfast Shake
1 cup – ice cold almond coconut milk
1-1/2 cups ice
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
Toss in your blender of choice (I love my Vitamix)
