shakeology

In the last 6-8 weeks I’ve been navigating through some difficult times and circumstances. Days turned into nights turned into days again, filled with busyness, complications, road blocks and obstacles. No matter how carefully you craft your calendar, plan your work and work your plan, detours like these can make any time management diva drop to her knees in tears! And when that happens — as I’m sure you can fully feel my pain because we all go through these times — you can get off-track so easily in every area of your life as discouragement, exhaustion and frustration trip you up at every turn. The trick is to allow yourself some time to work things through but not to get swallowed up alive. Then, you need to pray, breathe, dust off, pull up your big girl panties, and get on with the business of living. Shameless plug – one of the best ways to do this is with a life coach who can help you strategize and maneuver back to yourself and your plans. My life coach has been an amazing support to me during this period and helped me sooooo much!miracle-morning

Mondays are a great “begin-again” day, and I chose to start mine off with my Miracle Morning routine (You have GOT to read Hal Elrod’s book – click HERE) and taking time to start off my day/week with intentional, mindful eating habits beginning with my Shakeology shakes. Today I combined two of my favorite flavors, Chocolate and Cafe Latte’. Who wouldn’t love breakfast that feels like a thick, creamy malted coffee/chocolate container of deliciousness? Now THERE’s a breakfast to wake up to and wake you up!

I wanted to shake the recipe with you, to encourage you to take care of yourself on whatever path you find yourself this week, and to not allow circumstances to knock you off your dreams. So grab your shake, pull up dem dere bloomers, and join me as we get about the business of living large and loving life! Blessings for an AWESOME week!!!
