It’s that time of year – Valentine’s Day.  To some, this is a time to think hearts, flowers and romance.  To others, it’s a time of loneliness (and that can be true for both singles and those in relationships).  So instead of focusing on the typical good/bad/ugly of all that Valentine’s Day can mean, this month we are going to learn how to be our own valentine, taking a full month to find ways to show love to ourselves!

We’ll be exploring many different venues of self-care, including mindfulness, various life management skills, health and wellness, brain love, financial love, social and relationships, and more.  From serious to silly to sacred, you’ll be given coaching, tools, tips, do-it-yourself treats and practical approaches to create a daily routine of nurturing, celebrating and loving that very special person in your life – YOU!
