It is a glorious day here in New Jersey!

72 degrees, cool breezes brilliant blue skies and altogether all you could ask for of an autumn weekend. It’s almost as if God knew I was doing this challenge and said, “Oh here, sweetie, here’s this day!”

DaHubs and I took a walk in the park and came across this tree covered in leaves so bright yellow it was as if they were bits of sunshine nestled in each branch.

Today I’m grateful for color.  I’m so glad God didn’t just leave us with black, white and shades of gray… can you imagine? No flaming reds, vibrant purples?  No green in the summer grass, only gray waves spilling over the sandy beaches?  Oh yes, as the rainbow hues spill over me today I am incredibly thankful to the Lord for giving us the gift of color

Have you ever given thanks for colors?

Blessings for a colorful weekend!,
